Sicherheitsstandards zum Schutz von Kindern

PlayMate setzt sich aktiv für den Schutz von Kindern und Jugendlichen ein. Jegliche Form von sexuellen Inhalten mit Minderjährigen ist auf unserer Plattform strengstens untersagt.

Null-Toleranz: Inhalte, die sexuellen Missbrauch, sexuelle Ausbeutung oder sexualisierte Darstellungen von Minderjährigen zeigen, fördern oder andeuten, werden nicht toleriert und führen zur sofortigen Sperrung des betroffenen Kontos.

Verbotene Inhalte

Dazu zählen unter anderem (Beispiele):

  • Darstellungen sexuellen Missbrauchs / Ausbeutung von Minderjährigen (CSAM)
  • Grooming, Anbahnung oder sexualisierte Kommunikation mit Minderjährigen
  • Sexualisierte Inhalte mit Personen, die minderjährig sind oder minderjährig wirken
  • Weitergabe/Verbreitung entsprechender Inhalte oder Links

Meldung von Inhalten

Nutzerinnen und Nutzer können verdächtige oder unangemessene Inhalte direkt in der App melden. Jede Meldung wird geprüft und es werden entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen.

Bearbeitungszeit: Gemeldete Inhalte werden in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden geprüft und bearbeitet (z. B. Entfernung von Inhalten und Sperrung des Kontos).

Blockieren & Schutzmaßnahmen

  • Blockieren von Nutzern: blockierte Nutzer sind sofort nicht mehr sichtbar/ansprechbar.
  • Meldungen/Blockierungen werden an uns übermittelt, damit wir Missbrauch verhindern und Maßnahmen ergreifen können.

Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden

PlayMate hält sich an alle geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften zum Schutz von Kindern und arbeitet bei Bedarf mit regionalen und nationalen Strafverfolgungsbehörden zusammen, soweit rechtlich zulässig/erforderlich.

Standard di sicurezza per la protezione dei minori

PlayMate si impegna attivamente per la protezione di bambini e adolescenti. Qualsiasi forma di contenuto sessuale che coinvolga minori è severamente vietata sulla nostra piattaforma.

Tolleranza zero: i contenuti che mostrano, promuovono o insinuano abusi sessuali, sfruttamento sessuale o rappresentazioni sessualizzate di minori non sono tollerati e comportano l’immediata sospensione dell’account interessato.

Contenuti vietati

Tra questi rientrano, tra gli altri, i seguenti esempi:

  • Rappresentazioni di abuso sessuale / sfruttamento di minori (CSAM)
  • Grooming, adescamento o comunicazione sessualizzata con minori
  • Contenuti sessualizzati con persone minorenni o che sembrano minorenni
  • Condivisione/diffusione di tali contenuti o di relativi link

Segnalazione dei contenuti

Gli utenti possono segnalare direttamente nell’app contenuti sospetti o inappropriati. Ogni segnalazione viene esaminata e vengono adottate le misure appropriate.

Tempo di elaborazione: i contenuti segnalati vengono normalmente esaminati e gestiti entro 24 ore (ad esempio con la rimozione dei contenuti e la sospensione dell’account).

Blocco e misure di protezione

  • Blocco degli utenti: gli utenti bloccati non sono più immediatamente visibili o contattabili.
  • Le segnalazioni e i blocchi ci vengono trasmessi, in modo da poter prevenire abusi e adottare misure adeguate.

Collaborazione con le autorità

PlayMate rispetta tutte le normative vigenti per la protezione dei minori e, se necessario, collabora con le autorità di polizia regionali e nazionali, nella misura consentita o richiesta dalla legge.

Child Safety Standards

PlayMate is actively committed to protecting children and teenagers. Any form of sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited on our platform.

Zero tolerance: content that depicts, promotes, or suggests child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of minors will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate suspension of the affected account.

Prohibited content

This includes, among other things, the following examples:

  • Depictions of child sexual abuse / exploitation material (CSAM)
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexualized communication with minors
  • Sexualized content involving persons who are minors or appear to be minors
  • Sharing/distributing such content or links to it

Reporting content

Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content directly within the app. Every report is reviewed and appropriate action is taken.

Processing time: reported content is generally reviewed and handled within 24 hours (for example, by removing content and suspending the account).

Blocking & protective measures

  • Blocking users: blocked users are immediately no longer visible or contactable.
  • Reports and blocks are transmitted to us so that we can prevent abuse and take appropriate action.

Cooperation with authorities

PlayMate complies with all applicable child protection laws and, where necessary, cooperates with regional and national law enforcement authorities to the extent legally permitted or required.
